[pca] Proxy behavior

Yes, that's what it's there for. A pca proxy should deliver any patch to 
the client that it's being asked for. If it doesn't have a local copy of 
the patch yet, it gets it from SunSolve and delivers it to the asking 
machine. There should not be a need to fill the patch store for the 
proxy with some manual procedure.

If this doesn't work for you, put "debug=1" into pca-proxy.conf, try to 
download a patch from a client via the proxy, and look at the debug file 
(/tmp/pca-proxy-debug.txt) to see what's going on. Maybe pca-proxy.conf 
isn't correctly setup - you need user/passwd and probably wgetproxy there.
