[pca] Every Patch reports: Failed (patch not found)

With a free SOA (no support contract attached) you should at least be 
able to download all patches that carry the "S" (security) flag. To make 
pca show only this sub-set, you can run "pca -l missings", BTW.

One of the patches from your list that definitely should work is:

Please try to run "pca --user=... --passwd=... --debug -d 119255-61" and 
post the output here (be sure to remove the user/passwd from the debug 
output).

The most common problem is a typo in the user/passwd data - please 
verify that as the first step (I know, you already did that :) ).
