[pca] Patch 138866-02 fails to install

Hi,
Using pca version 20090105-01 patch 138866-02 fails to install.
Looking at the README.138866-02 it seems this patch is  needed prior to  
patch  137137-09 being installed.
Solaris 10 10/08 comes with 137137-09 :-)
This is all using patch file :-

Using /var/tmp/patchdiag.xref from Jan/07/09
Host: brscs06 (SunOS 5.10/Generic_138888-01/sparc/sun4u)
