Is this really the complete error message you got? The warning about 
SUNWapchS is harmless - a patch often contains fixes for various 
packages, and some of them might not be installed (like the one 
containing the apache sources in your example).

Normally a second run should produce the same result.

Hm, that's strange, too. If the patch failed to install in the first 
run, it must have been downloaded successfully already, and pca keeps 
patches which failed to install so it doesn't download them twice.

For me, the patch downloaded and installed just fine one hour ago. If 
you still have troubles, please copy&paste the actual pca commands and 
full output you get, and eventually use pca's --debug option to get more 
details.
