[pca] 122911-14

This morning, I discovered a patch that was not installed using PCA this
morning. The error I got was "The following requested patches have
packages not installed on the system Package SUNWapchS from directory
SUNWapchS in patch 122911-14 is not installed on the system. Changes for
package SUNWapchS will not be applied to the system."

Now many times, when I get this, I am able to just run pca.pl -i
122911-14 and it installs. This time, however, I got an error stating
that the patch was not found. So I went to SunSolve.com and found the
patch, tried to download it, and got an error. Has anyone else ran into
this problem with this particular patch? It looks like it was just
released yesterday.
