[pca] PCA not finding patches even with an account tied to a contract.

Judging from the list of patches that fail (and those which succeed - 
mostly security patches), it definitely looks like you were using a Sun 
Online Account without a contract.

That's the second report of this kind in the last few days. It was a 
user whose login is connected to a support contract, too. He could 
download all patches interactively from sunsolve, but with pca and Sun's 
own script (getsolpatch.sh, I think) it failed. Seems as if different 
methods are used to check for authentication in the background.

Just to make sure whether it's really a problem with authentication, 
please run "pca --debug --download 139506-01". If you get:

   Connecting to sunsolve.sun.com|192.18.108.40|:443... connected.
   HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 403 Forbidden
   09:30:55 ERROR 403: Forbidden.

then SunSolve does not see that your login is connected to a contract.

I'm afraid that you will have to try to get Sun to fix this, then.
