[pca] Jar downloading with proxy

Hi Martin & the list,

I wanted to give a try to this new option:
  * New option to download patches in JAR format (--jar)

But I'm still only getting the zip files, provided for by the PCA proxy, 
which is also the same version (same file, actually).
Is that supported?
