[pca] How to exclude any/all Veritas patches?

Either that, or (with the current development release of pca):

   ignore=VRTS
   ignore=VERITAS
   ignore=NetBackup

Somehow more intuitive than the regular expression with the "pattern" 
option, and you can combine "ignore" with "pattern" to list any subset 
of patches.
