[pca] New release: 20091216-02

A new release of PCA has just been published. Here's a list of
new features and changes:

  * Use internal functions instead of File::Temp module
  * Fix perl error (modification of a read-only value attempted)
  * Update list of contributors

Update:
   pca --update now
