Hi Georg,

I have looked up your SOA account and you ought to have access to patch 
142284-01.

The fact that you can download the patch manually, suggests to me that 
you are experiencing a syncronisation issue between the system that 
provides authentication for wget downloads and direct download from 
SunSolve.
I have also confirmed that the patch download via wget is working if you 
have the correct entitlements:

Like I have said, it is currently taking up to 36 hours for wget to work 
correctly following a new contract association in SunSolve.

As this patch requires a contract to access the entitlement systems will 
need to be in sync for access to be granted.

All I can suggest is that you try the download again later today and let 
me know how you get on.
