[pca] SunSolve updated -- improved patch downloading

Hi,
just to point everyone at another thing to check is to update the pca
proxy ( if you are using it) to the newest version.
The one I had running was older ( I don't know which one it was) and I
had problems downloading patches.
Was a problem with https and certificates. I know that Martin put in the
fixes somewhere :)
So if you have trouble getting updates. Update all your pca as well
on a side note I'm using wget 1.11 on the proxy. This might help too :)
