[pca] April 8th proxy xref?

I figured it out.  I didn't have xrefdir= defined in the proxy's pca.conf but I had it in the pca-proxy.conf. I must of accidently deleted the xrefdir line a while back so the proxy one was looking at one from the 9th (last updated on the 8th) and when the proxy updated it was using a different one... It always seems like the dumbest things creep up and bite you. :)
