[pca] PCA issue

For what it's worth I ran into a problem with the https on one of my
systems.  I fixed it by using the *--ssprot=PROT option to change the https
to http but I was only doing that for getting the list as html.  I wasn't
having a problem with getting the patches.
**--ssprot=PROT*
 Use PROT as the protocol to access the Sun download server. The default is
*https* if wget supports it, else *http*. Only these two protocols are
supported.
