[pca] PCA issue

HI, I'm currently using PCA to download and install missing patches for
our UNIX farm, but unfortunately I'm experiencing issues, the error I
receive is

This was working about 2 weeks ago so not sure what has gone wrong now. 

 

Any help would be great. I don't want to go back to downloading the
recommended patch cluster.
