[pca] SunSolve planned outage

   To serve you better, we are upgrading our system. An outage is
   scheduled from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. PDT, Friday, April 3, 2009
   (02:00-03:00 UTC, Saturday, April 4). Customers may not be able to
   download patches via smpatch and Sun Update Manager during that time.

I assume that downloads via pca will be affected as well.
