Sorry for the delay; I've been out of office during the last days.

That's a kind of patch ID which I (and pca) haven't seen before. I've 
modified the development release of pca to recognize it. Please try:

   http://www.par.univie.ac.at/solaris/pca/develop/pca

which should make the warning messages disappear.
