Take a look at the "UPDATE PCA" section here:

  http://www.par.univie.ac.at/solaris/pca/usage.html

The way we have things set up, the proxy's copy of pca gets updated
first, and all the clients then have their pcaurl set to the proxy so
they in turn get the update from there.
