[pca] Listing only noreboot patches

Thanks for explaining that Martin. I know it is not advisable to install
patches in multi-user mode or not to reboot the server after patching, but I
was exploring possibilities and had to think up all kinds of solutions even
if it will never be attempted.

But I have read on certain web-pages (googled PCA) that some admins do
install patches in multi-user mode and that too via cron on patches which do
not require a reboot and was hoping someone within this community had some
expereince.
