[pca] exclude patch

There's the "ignore" option, which (like any other of pca's options) can 
be specified on the command line (--ignore), as an environment variable 
(PCA_IGNORE) or in a configuration file (ignore=). So you could put e.g.

   ignore=123456

into /etc/pca.conf to make the patch not show up anymore.
