[pca] Pca listing latest installed revisions

Martin,
I would not call listing "all" as a mistake, as it gives good information
when we are comparing the OS patch reports over the years and also when
there is an "unknown" issue with Oracle or DB2, we will be able to compare
the 2 servers at a detailed patch level/rev. Here PCA comes in very handy
with "all" listing than going through the huge showrev output on 2 servers.
