[pca] Pca listing latest installed revisions

Hi , 
    I have installed a list of patches recommended by pca on a server .
The patch set I chose 
was 'allrs' . 

However after patching I ran a query with  the post
showrev/uname/pkginfo files and pca lists latest installed revisions 
./pca -H -f . -l allrs 

116610 01 = 01 R-- 999 SunOS 5.8: audit_warn uses /usr/ucb/mail and
writes to the console
116959 21 = 21 RS- 302 SunOS 5.8: nfs and rpcmod patch
116962 13 = 13 R-- 141 SunOS 5.8: pcisch, pcipsy driver patch

Why is pca listing these patches when they are at the latest revision ?
