[pca] Question about /usr/sbin/svccfg patches

Last I read on sunsolve and bigadmin, SUN no longer wants to do large
patches. They want to release smaller patches which fixes 1 particular thing
than have 1 huge one fixing a lot of related issues. They called it
rejuvenation patch.

It looks like a good idea, but I worry about the increase in the number of
patches and also the size of the patchdiag.xref file. This should also help
patching Zones which take up so much time.
