[pca] Question about /usr/sbin/svccfg patches

Thanks for bringing this up - I had noticed it as well, but was too busy 
for closer investigation.

Installing the one with the newer timestamp might be better, but as both 
binaries could contain fixes/changes which the other one doesn't 
include, this isn't foolproof either. The real solution is of course 
that Sun integrates the fixes (and patches) into one patch.

I've forwarded the issue to a contact within Sun. If somebody wants to 
report this is a bug, that might help as well.

Could be because of Thanksgiving, but updates have been sporadic before 
that, too.
