[pca] Problems reading patchdiag.xref file

[Cromwell, Ray, VF-IE]

Found the problem it is at the end of the file .
Just add an extra space and it worked fine .

These are the only faulty lines. If you remove them, pca works fine. 
Nice that the TLP team included an e-mail address, so you can ask them
why the add corrupt entries to the patchdiag.xref file now :)
