[pca] Problems Downloading from sun .

Hi Jan ,   
   How long are you experiencing this problem ? 
Under pressure to patch some servers and sunsolve is behaving very strangely . 
I have tested downloads with PCA from different servers with same problem .

Yes we have a lot of timeouts/doesn't download patch here.
