Yes - the webserver is killing the CGI script if it doesn't receive any 
input from it for a certain time.

Setting "Timeout" is what I use here. The apache docs don't state CGIs 
to be affected by this Timeout value, but I remember that I experimented 
with it and raising it finally fixed it for me. I've set mine to 1800 - 
maybe 20 minutes (1200) just wasn't long enough?
