[pca] Plain "wget" giving me an error.

The script form sunsolve ( http://sunsolve.sun.com/getsolpatch.sh) uses:

wget --http-user=${UserID} --http-passwd=${UserPWD}
--no-check-certificate -nv
"https://sunsolve.sun.com/private-cgi/pdownload.pl?target=${line}&method=h"

I didn't try it though.
