[pca] sunsolve slooowwww ..

some more tests:

download patch 137137-09 with firefox from other IP has worked, about 1-2MByte/s.

tried with pca some times.
transfer at about 300KBytes/s
suddenly stopping 2 times at about 163654688 bytes of  191505637 bytes.

seems to be a LB problem again,
