[pca] No patches listed?

Hi all.

We've got a bit of an odd problem: pca is showing no patches missing on some of our hosts, while smpatch lists about 100.
We're using a PCA proxy to baseline, so all hosts are using the same patchdiag.xref, but some work OK and some not. All the ones that we're having problems with are Sol10, some 3/05 and some 8/07 releases.
