[pca] Problem downloading patches with PCA on Solaris 10

Hi Martin,
I'm in the rather embarrassing position of having to report that all of
a sudden it appears to be working with the '=' character.
I'm stumped as to why it didn't work previously as the character in the
password is definitely the only thing I changed (I'm very careful to
double check everything before posting on forums or e-mail distribution
lists).
Hope you haven't wasted too much time on this one after all!
