[pca] Problem downloading patches with PCA on Solaris 10

I did some more testing, and wget seems to receive the password from pca 
correctly. Problem is that I don't want to change the password for my 
account on sunsolve - the last time I did that, it stopped working and I 
had to exchange about 10 mails with support staff and it took a week 
until the account was working again.

Just one more question - is '=' the only special character in the 
password or do you have others as well?
