[pca] Problems at sunsolve?

Yes, and I have a very interesting problem with sunsolve internal. If I
try to access sunsolve internal from SWAN using either
latest Firefox or Flock, the page opens then begins to furiously reload,
over and over. Must hit the stop button to restore peace.
I simply cannot access internal sunsolve from my browsers.
