It describes the problems with SunSolve and wget 1.11. I have added a 
workaround/hack to the development release of pca which should make it 
work. If you still have your installation of wget 1.11, it would be 
great if you get the development release from:

   http://www.par.univie.ac.at/solaris/pca/installation.html

and try and see if that works - please report to the list.
