[pca] New development release

Hi,

I just put a new development release of pca online (20080307-01). The 
only change is:

  * Try to download patchdiag.xref from alternative sunsolve URL

The URL http://sunsolve.sun.com/patchdiag.xref is now being tried before 
the official xref download link (/pdownload.do?target=patchdiag.xref).

Some people had reported that the above link is more reliable in handing 
out the current xref file, and it never requires a Sun Online Account. I 
did some testing in the last few days, and can confirm this. This URL is 
not documented by Sun anywhere, but as the official link doesn't work 
reliable, I guess it's better to use the unofficial, working link.

If download from the new link fails, pca will still try the official 
link (at first with SOA data if available, then without). The amount of 
code needed for a simple download of one file from sunsolve is kind of 
ridiculous by now ..

If you have experiences to share regarding patchdiag.xref downloads 
problems, please post them here.
