[pca] Broken Java patches

It is true that pca just sits there and fails on attempts to download these
two patches, but they *are* available.  I went to sunsolve.sun.com, logged
in, went to patchfinder, and downloaded the two zip files via the webpage.
Then I put the files in my Sun homedir (where I run pca from).  Pca found
the patches, skipped the download, and applied them just fine.  I did the
same thing with 125136 and 125137; all four Java patches are enormous.
