[pca] Pca command line expansion bug of some kind

Hello Martin & co.

Take a look at this:

$ pca --update now
No new version available

Then I enter "pca -da missingrs"
And get:

$ pca \342\200\223da missingrs
ERROR: Unknown operand: -da

But this still works:
$ pca -d -a missingrs
Downloading xref file to /var/tmp/patchdiag.xref
Trying http://sunsolve.sun.com/patchdiag.xref (1/1)

"pca -da missingrs" used to work.
Has here been a change I didn't notice or is this a bug?
