[pca] New release: 20080626-01

A new release of PCA has just been published. Here's a list of new 
features and changes:

  * New option to list patches with a maximum age (--maxage=DAYS)
  * Create DIR/reconfigure (not /reconfigure) when using --root=DIR
  * Don't show ignorable error message from showrev
  * Fix required patches which were never released: 125077, 125078
  * Whitelist: add 120185, 120186
  * Whitelist: remove obsolete patches
  * Apply check: add 137112, 119252, 119253
  * Apply check: add 136987, 136986
  * Apply check: add 127553, 127554
  * Apply check: remove obsolete patches
  * Update list of contributors

Update:
   pca --update now
