[pca] Patch keeps re-downloading and appending to existing file

I saw the same at may 29th. also with sol10 kernel patch. it has stopped 
next day if i correctly remember.

Every day another thing.

I'm just downloading (the second try) 127127-11 (kernel sol10).
The first try has failed and this time i don't know. The download is 
growing and growing. we have just reached 1GB.

what is wrong at sunsolve? yesterday the didn't want deliver patches at 
all, today really more then needed:-)
