[pca] multiple pca runs required

A kind of FAQ:

Some of you might have noticed that in rare cases new patches show up in
pca right after all missing patches have been installed. This is caused
by certain patches which install new packages to the system. If there
are patches for these new packages, these will show up in a second run
of pca.

Example: I just installed the complete set of missing patches to an
unpatched Solaris 10 3/05 (FCS) system. All patches installed fine,
still 138306-01 (SunOS 5.10: zfs patch) is listed as missing afterwards.
This is caused by 122640 (SunOS 5.10: zfs genesis patch) which was
installed in the first run. Originally, Solaris 10 did not include ZFS.
The relevant packages were added later by 122640. On the first run, pca
doesn't know about the SUNWzfs* packages, so it won't show 138306-01.

You can see the same effect with some of the Sun Update Connection
patches. New versions have been brought in with new/renamed packages, so
a second run might be required there as well.

Bottom line: Especially if you're patching old systems with many
patches, make sure you run pca once again after all patches have been
installed.

Martin.
