[pca] pca with cluster patches.

Stell,
PCA will download files directly from SunSolve in .zip format. It will not
download Recommended Cluster tar ball. However, you can achieve the same by
issue missingr, missingrs or mrs as the operand to download missing
recommended patches,  missing recommended & security patches respectively.

Example: To list patches:

pca -l missiing OR pca -l m
pca -l missingr OR pca -l mr
pca -l missingrs OR pca -l mrs

Hope this answers your question. Remember, that PCA does not do anything on
its own, it uses SUN's published cross-reference file and downloaded what
SUN is publishing on the internet. This is the reason why PCA is so fast
compared to other commercial solutions.
