[pca] PCA stopped working on client side

Pls, ignore, apparently someother admin had changed ownership on
/etc/pca.conf as root.

I changed the owner of this file back to httpd user.

A week back I set up local PCA server, that is still working fine. I am
able to download patches from Sunsolve and execute pca commands on it.

But my client machines have stopped working (nothing was change, it was
working till yesterday without problems), it just sits at awaiting
response.

Following is my client config

I see that on the server "amaeng3" , following process get executed
whenever I execute any pca command on client.
