1. Yes it can download (pca --help ) pca -d missing 
2. Yes it can (pca --help ) pca --minage=90 -l missing

This tool looks very good for identifying the patches needed to keep a 
system up to date. Also I see that this tool has the ability to download 
the patches. 
Questions: 
1) Does this download provide a bundle or does it download separate 
patches? 
2) Out of the list this tool generates, can I request to download 90 old 
aged patches instead of everything?
