I don't :-) What gets installed depends on the patchdiag.xref, the
local patch server is just for speedup. Badpatches will not get
installed. If they would get installed removing them from the local
cache wouldn't help as they would be downloaded again. So it is
easiest to just leave anything in the local cache and let patchdiag.xref
take care of the rest.
