[pca] Sun patchdiag.xref not updating

As you may have noticed the patchdiag.xref file from Sun hasn't been updated
since Feb/07/08. I'm currently in a Solaris 10 training class and mentioned
this to the instructor. According to what I was told Sun has decided to stop
updating this file as their patching solutions no require it. I'm not sure
this is true or not but I wanted to share this information. If this is
correct then I suspect this may have serious implication for the PCA users
out there.

Can anyone out there conform that Sun has indeed stopped supporting/updating
the patchdiag.xref file? If so what are the implications for PCA?
