[pca] patching broke my server!

Hm, if you had 137111 installed, you should have the previous kernel 
patches 120011 and 127127 as well, as they are required by 137111 - 
patchadd/pca would have refused to install 137111 without the required 
patches.

mpt is included in 127127-11.

If you have network access after booting from the CDROM, put pca into 
/tmp, mount the root filesystem (and /var, if it is separate) to /a, and 
run pca with "--root=/a".
