[pca] patching broke my server!

120011 didnt seem to have even been downloaded so I installed this one 
and now there is only a single complaint before the boot fails, the 
whole log is:

Seems pretty crucial. /kernel/drv/sparcv9/mpt is owned by SUNWpd but 
this doesnt show up in showrev -p anywhere. Sun are taking an age to get 
back to me...

Unfortunately, I cant run pca from the cdrom environment otherwise I'd 
be tempted to install all missing patches...
