There isn't. Not that it would be to hard to add, but I tend to add new 
options only when really necessary and when the functionality is asked 
for by multiple users - I think pca already has more options than ls :)

I obviously didn't state that clearly in the docs. The localurl is 
deprecated, and xrefurl/patchurl are direct replacements. I did that to 
make it possible to specify different *local* URLs for xref and patches, 
but the *url settings still apply only to the local patch server - think 
of xrefurl as localxrefurl. pca will always fall back to 
sunsolve.sun.com if xrefurl/patchurl fail, so you're fine with the 
example settings I used.
