Interesting. I have the sparc equivalent patch (127888-10) installed,
and that was around 20 July or so it was installed. However, we were
continuously seeing the errors yesterday from one of our external
installers (so not a spambot :-)). Having removed the 'keep state' they
can now connect without any problem.
