[pca] New kernel patch 127127-11

it appears that if you have a mounted/exported file system this patch
will not install. You get the following error:

mount: Mount point /var/run/.patchSafeMode/root/home/xxx/a does not  
exist.
Mount operation failed - /sbin/mount -F lofs -o nosub  /home/xxx/a / 
var/run/.patchSafeMode/root/home/xxx/a
Could not successfully create environment for 'deferred activation  
patching'.

Therefore forcing the patch get installed in single user mode. It just  
isn't reasonable to have to install
~150 file servers by hand in single user mode (rather than scripted at  
1AM when nothing is going on). Is there a way to turn off this "safe  
mode"?
