[pca] Patch 119380 vs 119381

Yes, once again both patches are for exactly the same package version 
(as shown in the patchdiag.xref file).

I compared the md5 checksums of all the files installed by the patches - 
while all other files are equal, they actually install a different 
version of rscadm.

It's fixed in the current development release of pca (20080421-01). If 
you have a chance to test it, let me know if 119380 doesn't show up 
anymore on your Solaris 10 system, as it should be.
